Daniel graduated with a BSc in Economics & Political Studies from Royal Holloway University of London in 1998. After gaining his Financial Planning qualifications (FPC) he joined Merrill Lynch on their European Bond Desk. In 2002 he joined Laing & Cruickshank Investment Management, which was acquired in 2004 by UBS Wealth Management, where he was an Associate Director. Daniel joined Cheviot Asset Management in 2006 where, in addition to managing private client, pension and charity portfolios, he is a key Member of Cheviots specialist IFA team. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Securities Institute.
