Paul started his career in the city in 1992 with Allstate Reinsurance before joining Laing & Cruickshank in 1994, where he qualified as a Certified Accountant, becoming Financial Controller in 1997. In 2001 Paul was appointed Head of Operations, a role he continued at UBS Wealth Management after it’s acquisition of Laing & Cruickshank in 2004. In 2006 Paul joined Cheviot as Head of Operations, with responsibility for the Back Office and Finance functions.
