Peter began his stock market career in 1972 with L. Messel & Co, where he serviced both institutional and private clients. He joined Robert Wigram in 1976, qualifying as a Member of the London Stock Exchange and becoming a partner, dealing on behalf of clients from the Stock Exchange floor. He joined Laing & Cruickshank in 1992 as an Investment Director and head of the dealing desk, a role which he continued to fill at UBS Wealth Management, and now at Cheviot Asset Management. Peter is a Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute.
