Cheviot’s discretionary investment service caters for clients who want to ensure that their portfolio takes account of their ethical and environmental interests or concerns.
Typically these are investments which impact people and planet and
- make a contribution to improving the environment or,
- make a positive contribution to society or,
- involve companies adopting a sustainable approach
We provide all clients with the option of an ethically screening service. Portfolios can then be constructed around clients’ individual ethical and environmental concerns. We seek to bring some original thought to the mass of information, conflicting viewpoints, and company spin which is a characteristic of this sector in rapid development.
Complementing our discretionary investment service is the Cheviot Climate Assets Fund. Managed by Cheviot's Sustainable Investment Team, this is a multi-asset fund investing in global companies that are set to benefit from an unprecedented convergence of climate change, population growth and resources scarcity.
