Often the most effective way to protect assets and minimise exposure to taxation is by using an offshore structure. We draw on many years of experience in managing clients’ offshore investments and have close contacts with a number of the leading offshore trust administration companies, particularly those based in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
